Return Policy: There are no refunds or returns without prior written consent. No returned items will be accepted without a RA# issued by All-State Vacuum Company. Please be assured that All-State Vacuum Company has for 54 years inspected each piece of equipment for defects and missing items prior to leaving the store. If possible, please visit one of our three Jacksonville showrooms for a demonstration and instruction.

Household:
Household vacuums, Beam central vacuum systems and IQ Air air purification systems must be returned unopened and unused within five (5) days of purchase for a full refund less a 5% restocking fee plus original shipping cost. All opened or used vacuums must be returned within thirty (30) days for a full refund less a minimum 25% restocking fee. All returned items must be in a saleable like new condition with all documents, packaging and accessories. There are no returns for items not used under the terms and conditions of the manufacture’s warranty. We do not accept returns on used or opened IQ Air air purification systems due to the medical nature of IQ Air equipment. Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost.

Commercial:
Commercial equipment sales are final.

Supplies & Accessories:
No returns on opened packages of vacuum bags, vacuum filters, supplies, etc. No return on used and/or opened cleaning supplies. No return on IQ Air filters. Please write allstvac@bellsouth.net or call 940-398-1613 for advice to ensure you receive the right supplies and cleaning products for the job. If an unused and unopened product needs to be returned please contact us within 10 days for a return authorization and the return must be completed in 20 days. Customer is responsible for all transportation cost to and from All-State Vacuum Company.

Warranty:
Items must be used under the terms and conditions of the manufacture’s warranty. Only use commercial equipment for commercial or non personnel home use. Household vacuums used in a commercial setting have NO WARRANTY. Customer is responsible for all transportation cost to and from All-State Vacuum Company.

1) Vacuum Cleaners All-State Vacuum Company is a warranty service center for every brand of vacuum cleaner we sell and will work to resolve any warranty issues.
2) Central Vacuums Beam vacuum cleaners are required by the factory to be repaired under warranty by the selling dealer.
3) Air Purifiers IQ Air requires warranty repairs be done at the factory and the customer is responsible for freight to the factory. We will gladly work with the customer to try and resolve any concerns.
